Do you sell wholesale?

No, we do not. We are a retail store and simply cannot sell at a wholesale level. Many items we sell at our store are priced less than what most online wholesalers charge. We also custom pack your order, so you may buy exactly how many pounds of bulk items and how many pieces of individually sold items you want. Unlike most online sites that make you buy cases, full boxes or prepackaged amounts, you get to shop our online store just as if you were walking the aisles in person.

How soon will my order ship?

We ship orders as soon as possible from Monday through Thursday, often within 24 hours of being placed. We usually do not ship on Fridays to prevent your package sitting in transit over the weekend, although sometimes we are able to do so.

How soon will my order arrive?

The Bulk Store is about 20 miles south of Detroit, Michigan to give you an idea from where your order will ship. You can choose from UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail when placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped with it's tracking number to follow your package if necessary.

What if my order has something that is out of stock?

If an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by phone and/or email to let you know approximately when your order will be filled and shipped. We are seldom out of anything for more than a week, notwithstanding manufacturer or wholesaler issues. If it is not possible to wait for your order to be filled, we will refund the unavailable item and ship all other items or issue a complete refund for your order if requested.

Do you ship chocolates and other heat sensitive items during the summer?

Yes, we do ship these items but cannot guarantee they will not melt. We highly recommend purchasing Insulated Cold Packaging for your order to greatly protect your items during transit. The $10 cost of this packaging provides for a custom insulated box, cold packs and additional freight costs due to added weight.

***Weather related information for all orders. Please allow a few hours for your package to be brought to room temperature upon receiving it during winter and summer months. Your items may be somewhat hard or soft due to outside cold or hot temperature. Waiting to handle your items will help them to return to their normal state.
